Wheat bran: 150 gms
Cabbage grated: 1 cup
Spinach chopped: 1 cup
Wheat bread soaked and crushed: 2 slices
Green chilies chopped: taste
Coriander chopped: ¼ cup
Salt: to taste
Black pepper powder: 1 tsp
Olive/ Canola Oil: ½ tsp
Mix together the bran, all the ingredients into dough like consistency. Shape the mix into the round balls and flatten a bit. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Heat a non stick pan and brush it with ½ tsp oil. Brown the kebabs on both sides and serve hot.
Rich in fiber due to bran and vitamins and minerals due to vegetables.
