Whole wheat/ brown bread: 4 slices
Skimmed milk powder: 4 tbs or Hung curd: 4 tbs
Salt: taste
Black pepper powder: ¼ tsp
Coriander chopped: 2 tsp
Green chili chopped: taste
Mixed vegetables of choice (cucumber, tomato, cabbage, capsicum)
Make a paste of milk powder with some water or use hung curd (put 1 katori of curd in a muslin cloth for 1 hour, when the water separates , the curd the ready for use) Mix salt, pepper, dhania and green chilies into the skimmed milk paste. Spread the mix over the bread slices, like butter. Layer with vegetables of your choice and make the sandwich.
A good combination of carbohydrates and protein. Helps to keep you full for long. The sandwich is devoid of any fat and is full of vitamins and minerals.
