Soy milk : ½ cup
Tofu : ½ cup
Peanut butter: 1/3 cup
Banana frozen : 2
Chocolate syrup : 2 tbs
Combine soy milk, tofu, peanut butter in blender. Add bananas, chocolate syrup and ice cubes if desired. Blend until smooth.
Healthy quantity of protein which is found in yogurt, peanuts and milk . This drink is ideal after post workout especially after strength training.
