3 cups low fat milk
Pinch of cardamom powder
11/4 cup of home made paneer ( from low fat milk)
1 tbs sugar substitute( stevia / splenda)
Mix milk and paneer in a non stick pan. Stir fry for about 10 min and leave it to simmer. Add corn flour mixture and stir continuously till it thickens.
Add Cardamom powder, sugar substitute and mix well.
This is a low fat,low calorie, high protein dessert for Diabetics and weight watchers.
