Greek Salad

Greek-Saladingredients
Lettuce or Iceberg lettuce (tear in small pieces): 2 cups
Tomatoes: 1 cup (cut into wedges)
Cucumber: 1 (cut into small cubes)
Small red onions: 2
Black olives: ½ cup (halved)
Soya chunks or fetta cheese: ½ cup (crumbled)

Dressings: Extra virgin olive oil: 2 tsp
English mustard: 1 tsp
Fresh lemon juice: 1 tbs

Mix lettuce, tomato, cucumber, red onions and black olives. To make dressings whisk together mustard, olive oil, lemon juice and then season it with salt and pepper. Pour the dressing over the salad. Toss gently until ingredients are coated with dressing. Serve cold.
