Banana: 1
Apple : ½
Kiwi : 1
Orange juice: 1 cup
Soy milk : ½ cup
Plain yogurt : ½ cup
Tofu : ½ cup
Peanut butter : 4 tsp
Aloe Vera juice: 2 tbs
Flax seeds/ oil : 2 tsp
