Dhuli moong/ masoor- soaked for 2-3 hours: 1 katori
Salt to taste
Green pepper: finely chopped : 1
Hara dhaniya: finely chopped: 2 table spoon
Ginger: finely grated: 1 teaspoon
Heeng: 1 pinch
Oil: olive oil
Drain the water of Dal and grind to a paste in Mixer- Grinder. Mix all the ingredients except oil and grind in the Mixer. Add water to make a pouring consistency.
Heat 1/ 2 teaspoon of olive oil on a non stick frying pan; pour some batter in the centre of pan, spreading it out a little. Lower the heat, and let it cook till the edges are brown and can be lifted easily. Flip it over to cook slightly on the other side.
Serve hot with green mint chutney.
