Barley sattu: 1 cup (Can use besan instead of barley)
Onion: 1
Green chili: 2
Coriander: 2 tbs
Salt: to taste
Red pepper: ½ tsp
Curd: 1 tbp
Olive Oil: 1 tsp
Chop onions, coriander, and green chili. Now add them along with curd, salt and pepper to the sattu. Now make smooth dough adding a little water. Now roll in the form of chapatti and cook on a non stick pan. Make small holes on it with the help of a spoon and put little oil, cook till it turns brown.
A good source of fiber and vitamin B complex. Makes an ideal breakfast for weight watchers. Keeps you full for a long time and prevents snacking later in the day. Also good for diabetics as it is rich in fiber.
