- Getting up 00 am: Beal fruit juice / Aloe vera juice
- 11-12 pm: bran roti,vegetables without spices, salad, curd or papaya, figs, prunes and milk .
- 3-4 pm: seasonal fruit( papaya, guava, banana, kiwi, anaar)
- 6-7 pm: vegetable soup or dalia or moong dal khichdi
- Before sleeping: 1 tsp amla powder or isabgol
AVOID: Maida, fried, chillies, instant mixes, cold drink, non veg, stale food, smoking.
