2 broccoli florets
1 medium size onion, chopped finely
1 medium size potato- chopped to small pieces
2-3 cloves garlic- chopped finely
½ cup water
1 tsp Olive oil
1 bay leaf / Tej patta
1 tsp chia seeds
salt and black pepper to taste
1 cup fat free or double toned milk
Cut and cube broccoli florets and keep aside. Heat 1 tsp Olive oil and saute bay leaf, onion and garlic till brown. Add potato, broccoli florets, salt, black pepper and water, bring to boil for 10 min till the veggies are cooked. Cool and blend the mixture. Boil the blended mixture and add 1 cup milk and chia seeds, stirring constantly. Garnish with freshly ground black pepper and serve hot. Remove the bay leaf before blending
