LOW BLOOD PRESSURE HOME REMEDIES

  1. Soak 10 almonds in water and take it empty stomach with whole black pepper.
  2. Take milk with turmeric.
  3. Take milk with almonds and misri
  4. Soak handful of black chana, and kishmish (raisins) in water at night, drink the water and chew the chana and kishmish.
  5. Soak 2-3 Figs in water at night and eat in the morning
  6. Boil big elaichi and mint leaves in water, drink the concoction.
  7. Drink beet root juice.
  8. In case of sudden low BP, lie down and raise your leg to 90 degrees and drink ORS.

Diet to be followed for 1 month:

  • Lukewarm water on getting up in morning.
  • 5 almonds + 2 walnuts or a fruit after clearing the bowels
  • Breakfast (Do not skip)- Stuffed roti roll or besan cheela or sprout chaat or multigrain bread sandwich Or egg white sandwich  or milk with wheat flakes.
  • Mid morning (10 pm): lassi or soya milk(tetra pack)
  • School Lunch Break (12 pm):1 Roti (wheat or missi or bajra or oat or soya or barley) + subji + or veg sandwich or paneer sandwich or sprout chaat or veg poha.
  • Van meal : fruit or soya milk
