- Soak 10 almonds in water and take it empty stomach with whole black pepper.
- Take milk with turmeric.
- Take milk with almonds and misri
- Soak handful of black chana, and kishmish (raisins) in water at night, drink the water and chew the chana and kishmish.
- Soak 2-3 Figs in water at night and eat in the morning
- Boil big elaichi and mint leaves in water, drink the concoction.
- Drink beet root juice.
- In case of sudden low BP, lie down and raise your leg to 90 degrees and drink ORS.
