wheat flakes: 50gms.
Chopped mix vegetables (onion, tomato, coriander):200 gms( 2 cups)
Almonds (chopped): 20gms
Chopped prunes: 10gms
Pomegranate seeds: 25gms
Lemon: ½
Soak the Poha in a little water for 15min and squeeze out. Add the rest of the ingredients to this and mix. Squeeze the lemon garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
