Cabbage finely chopped: 1 cup
Carrots: grated: 1 cup
Capsicum: deseeded and chopped: ½ cup
Curd: 5 cups
Black Salt: to taste
Black pepper powder: to taste
Roasted Jeera powder: 1 tsp
Whisk the curd till smooth. Add the vegetables to it. Now add black salt, pepper. Mix well. Garnish with Jeera powder.
It goes well with any meal. Can be taken along with whole wheat roti or brown rice. Curd is a good source of protein and good for digestion. This raita can also be taken as a mid morning snack.
