French beans (chopped): 2 cups
Carrots (chopped): 1 cup
Bell peppers: 1 cup
Capsicum: 1 cup
Broccoli: 1 cup
Cabbage: 1 cup
Crushed almonds: 1 tsp
Fresh ginger: 2 tsp
Fresh garlic: 2 cloves
Fresh coriander: 2 tsp
Light soya sauce: 1/2 tsp
Olive oil: 1 tsp
Salt: to taste

Cut the vegetables in thin strips like match sticks. Take non stick pan and then trickle oil in it. Add garlic and ginger and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add harder vegetables and toss for 5 minutes till soft. Now add all other vegetables and stir fry for 3-4 minutes. Put crushed almonds and soya sauce, salt and black pepper. Serve hot, garnish with coriander.
