Garlic (chopped) 2 cloves: sauté
Onion: 1
Olive oil: 1 tsp
Pumpkin (diced): 250gms
Carrots: 1
Tomato: 1
Salt: To Taste
Pepper: To Taste
Almonds: 2: Shredded
Steam pumpkin, carrot, tomato. Sauté with onion. Blend the steamed vegetables and onion. Add salt and pepper to taste and bring to a boil. Serve hot with 2 shredded almonds as garnish.
