500gm paneer – cut into ½ inch cubes
2 tsp olive oil
2 chopped onions
1 tsp; adrak paste
1 tsp garlic paste
3-4 finely chopped green chilies
1 cup tomato puree
½ tsp chaat masala
½ tsp paw bhaji masala
3 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
Salt to taste.
Heat oil in a pan. Sauté onions till golden brown. Now add ginger and garlic paste. Add little water and cook for few minutes. Add green chilies and cook. Add tomato puree; paw bhaji masala, salt and chaat masala. Sauté till the oil separates. Now add paneer pieces and coriander. Cook on low flame for 2 minutes. Serve hot with mint chutney.
