1 cup besan
1 cup curd
1 ½ cup water
Palak paste: ½ katori
Ginger garlic and green chili paste: 1 tsp
Asafoetida( heeng) : 1 pinch
Salt : to taste
For garneshing: 1 tsp olive oil , Rai ½ tsp, red chili powder –to taste
Mix besan and curd . Add salt , water and rest of the ingredients and work up a smooth batter , so the lumps are not formed. Now cook the mixture in an open pan till the mixture thickens. Now take a little of mixture and spread it on a flat dish . Roll it into a smooth roll after 2-3 min. If it can be rolled easily , the mixture is ready. Now spread the mixture on a falt platform /dish . Now cut 1-1 inch strips from the mixture. Roll the strips . Now heat the oil and put rai seeds and red pepper in it . When the seeds splutter , sprinkle the oil on the rolled strips.
