25- 30 Grapes : sliced
¼ cup walnuts
2 cup curd
Salt : to taste
Sugar: 11/2 tsp sugar.
Jeera: roasted : ½ tsp
Mint leaves: 2 tbs.
Red pepper: to taste.
Blend curd, salt, sugar and jeera powder in a bowl. Add sliced grapes, walnuts and mint leaves. Refrigerate the mixture. Garnish with red pepper powder before serving.
Ideal snack for Gym goers. It provides instant energy from Grapes which also keep you full for long. It is high in protein as it has yogurt. Walnuts provide omega 3 fatty acids and fibre . In case you are a weight watcher use a low fat yogurt.
