1 tbsp ginger paste
1tsp red chili paste
1 tsp salt
1 tsp Chaat masala
1tsp garam masala
1tsp red chili powder
½ tsp jeera powder
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp oil
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 cup hung curd
. 1kg Chicken breast cubes
In a bowl mix chicken with all above ingredients. .Set aside for 2 hrs. Arrange the chicken on a skewer and cook in tandoor for 15 min. You can also shallow fry the chicken with a little oil in saucepan. Garnish with lemon wedges and onion rings.
