11/2 cup broccoli florets
½ cup baby corn
2 cups of mushroom
2 cups bean sprouts
3 cloves chopped garlic.
2 tbsp dried thyme
2 tsp olive oil
Salt to taste
Boil water in a large pan and blanch the broccoli florets , baby corn and mushrooms for ½ minute. Drain and keep aside. Heat oil in a non stick pan and add garlic. Add all the remaining ingredients and sauté for another 5 minutes.
Brocolli is rich in Iron and calcium . Along with other vegetables it forms a tasty and nutricious snack . It is an ideal snack for Diabetics and weight watchers.
