Cucumber Raita Recipe

Serves: 4
Recipe Ingredients:
250g Yoghurt
1tsp sugar
1tsp rock salt (sendha namak)
½ tsp roasted cumin powder( bhuna jeera powder)
1 cucumber
Recipe Method:
Pass the yoghurt through a sieve to get extra smooth yoghurt. Add the sugar and salt and mix well. Peel the cucumber and grate it. Add the grated cucumber to the yoghurt and mix well.cool and serve garnished with the roasted cumin powder.
Tip- Cucumbers are 95 percent water, keeping the body hydrated while helping the body eliminate toxins.
