Banana Apple Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients:

Banana: 1 sliced
Apple: 1 peeled and sliced
Chilled water / crushed ice: ¼ glass
(Can use ½ cup yogurt)

Method:

Blend banana, apple, crushed ice, and serve chilled.

Benefits:

Ideal snack for Gym goers. It provides instant energy form banana and apple which also keep you full for long. It is high in protein as it has yogurt. In case you are a weight watcher use a low fat yogurt.

Tip: Apples and bananas contain important vitamins like vitamin A and C and are good sources of energy-producing nutrients.
