9 Days of Yoga – Padmasana

9 Days of Navratri are auspicious and are meant to detox your body and mind. A lot of us are fasting in these days and doing streneous regular workout can be taxing on body. Try yoga for these 9 days of Navratri as the asanas are easy on body and detox the mind.

Day 01
PADMASANA (Lotus Pose)

   1. Sit on the floor with your legs stretched out in front.
2. Bend the right knee and place it on the left thigh and bend the left knee and place it on the right thigh.
3. Place your hands on the knees in mudra position.
4. Keep the head and spine straight.
5. Keep the pose and breath in and out.
