1. Breathe in and lift your arms over your head with your arms touching your ears.
2. Breathe out and bend forward with the upper part of your body, keeping your back straight. Keep your legs straight with the weight of the body on the feet.
3. Try to put your hands flat on the floor. If not possible then wrap your hands around the back of your legs.
4. Bring the head in as close to the knees as possible.
5. Hold the posture as much as you can gradually increasing the duration.
6. Breathe in and slowly bring the body up bringing the head up last.
